This live version of Cameo’s “Talkin’ Out The Side Of Your Neck” was recorded on New Year’s Eve 2012 in New Orleans at DBA.

This version of The Soul Rebels classic “Rebel Rock” was recorded live in New Orleans in 2013.

Week 7 – November 19th  “I Try”

While on the tour in Georgia in the Fall 2014, for fun The Soul Rebels composed a brass arrangement of Talib Kweli’s “I Try”. At sound check that day in Atlanta, they ran through the song for the very first time and recorded it through the venue’s board which is what you hear today. First and only time they ever played it.

Week 8 – November 26th  “It Wasn’t Me/Don’t Stop”

Recorded live on tour in 2013, get down with our live version of Shaggy’s “It Wasn’t Me” mashed up with a Soul Rebels original!

Week 9 – December 3rd  “I Wish” ft John Medeski

Recorded live at Brooklyn Bowl in 2013, our brassed up version of Stevie Wonder’s “I Wish” features our dear friend John Medeski (of Medeski Martin & Wood) on organ. John’s solo is killer!

Week 10 – December 10th  “Boe Money” Live w/ Galactic

This version of “Boe Money” with Soul Rebels x Galactic was recorded live while the two bands toured together in 2012.
