Born and raised in New Orleans, LA by way of the 9th ward, I began playing tuba in 2007 while playing in the McDonogh 35 High School marching band. In 2011, I discovered my love for brass band music which inspired me to form my own band. After completing high school in 2011, I went on to further my musical study at the University of New Orleans, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelors in Music Performance. My musical resume includes playing with several prominent bands such as The Stooges, Kinfolk, and Hot 8 to name a few.
